Here’s how to fix the most common digital download issues.

1. I didn’t receive a download email.

Check:

• Spam folder

• Wrong email entered

• Delayed email providers (rare)

If not found, email mal3imagery@gmail.com with your order number.

2. The link doesn’t work or expired.

Links may expire depending on browser/device.
We can instantly resend a new link — email us anytime.

3. The file won’t open / says corrupted.

Try:

• Re-downloading the file

• Using a different browser

• Using updated extraction software (WinRAR, 7-Zip, Mac Archive Utility)

If still broken, we will replace it.

4. I downloaded on one device, but need it on another.

No problem — download as many times as needed.
Just request a fresh link if yours expired.
