Refund & Return Policy (Digital Products)

Thank you for shopping at mal3Imagery. We specialize in premium digital assets for 3D artists and creators. Because all products are delivered electronically, we follow a clear and fair digital-product refund policy aligned with Shopify’s standards.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window on all digital purchases.
You qualify for a 100% refund if:

  • The product file is broken, corrupted, or unusable

  • The download link fails or is inaccessible

  • You accidentally made a duplicate purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Successfully downloaded files where the buyer later changes their mind

  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported software or user modifications

Missing or Broken Download Link

If charged but you did not receive your files, or the link is broken:

Link Expired / Download Errors

If your link expired or doesn’t work, we will issue a new one at no cost.

How to Request a Refund

  • Explanation of the issue

  • Optional screenshots

Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Most refunds take 3–5 business days

  • Some banks may take up to 10 days
