Refund policy

Because mal3Imagery products are digital downloads, refunds are only available within 30 days for technical issues, broken or corrupted files, inaccessible download links, or duplicate purchases.

Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse, purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind after download, or compatibility issues caused by unsupported software or user modifications.

If your download link is missing, expired, or not working, email support@mal3imagery.com with your order number and we’ll resend the files or issue a new link.

To request a refund, email support@mal3imagery.com with your order number, checkout email, a short explanation, and screenshots if helpful. Approved refunds usually take 3–5 business days, though some banks may take up to 10 days.
